Soft, fluid black silk-velvet with a ruffle trim in sheer black silk crepe. Wrap style with the ruffle hem cascading down the side. Slightly longer in the back. The skirt overall has a beautiful drape. Matching sash belt. Closes with hook-and-eye at waist. Unlined. Designed by Yves Saint Laurent.
