Lightweight cotton with a romantic floral print.  The wide straps and neckline are a mustard green cotton with the floral fabric creating a floral overlay.  Fitted bodice and very full, gathered skirt.  Gathered cummerbund waist.  Unlined.  Back metal zipper.
