Shipping Information

 

**We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days from the time of receipt of payment.  If there is going to be a delay in shipping, we'll contact you. 

**All rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the item(s) purchased.  You can find the shipping rates/options for your destination once you've added your items to the shopping cart (on the CART page).  If our shipping estimate is incorrect and we overcharge by more than $1.00, we'll refund the overage.  Any shipping information specific to a particular item (ex. if an item is unusually heavy or may require an oversized box) will be noted in the listing.  If you have any questions about the shipping options, CONTACT US.   

**FURNITURE
To get a shipping quote for furniture items, simply email us with your location.  We'll work with you to determine the best way to ship.  At this time, we are unable to ship furniture items outside the US.  Local pick up (at our studio in Raleigh, NC) is always available for any item.  

**DOMESTIC/US SHIPPING
All US domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail.  Please CONTACT US at the time of purchase if you have special shipping requests.  Insurance is available upon request at the buyers expense.  RaleighVintage is not responsible for lost packages.

**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
SHIPPING UPDATE 4/30/2020:  Due to interruptions in transatlantic air travel, caused by the coronavirus, most USPS packages are now being transported from the US to Europe via boat.  Please note this could add several weeks or even months onto normal shipping times.   

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.    USPS First Class mail does NOT include tracking information and could take up to 6 weeks for delivery (although it normally takes only a couple of weeks).  USPS Priority Mail does (in most cases, depending on the country of destination) include tracking information.  Insurance for international orders is available at the buyers expense. Please CONTACT US at the time of purchase if you have any special shipping requests.   RaleighVintage is not responsible for lost packages. 

 

**Raleigh Vintage is not responsible for any incurred VAT or customs taxes.  Any fees or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.   

**Due to high rate of lost packages, shipments to Italy, Poland, Brazil, Russia, and China must be sent using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Expedited.
