The Zaalberg workshop, founded in 1918, produced era defining pottery and operates today under the fifth generation of family potters.
Stoneware with a speckled light tan glazed interior and matte brown glazed exterior. Unglazed edge. Wood fired. 1950s - 1960s. Sold as a set only.
7 dinner plates - 10.5" diameter
6 lunch plates - 6.5" diameter
Dishes are in very good condition with no chips and show little sign of use. Hand-wash recommended, but dishwasher safe. Not recommended for microwave use.
