Vintage Late 1930s Navy Felt Fedora

A classic late 30s fedora for the gals.  Very dark navy blue wool felt.  "Floppy" brim with a flat crown.  Gros grain ribbon accent.   Meant to sit atop the head.  Looks best worn at a tilt.
