This is a rare example of a 1910s shoulder bag! Thick black leather with a very heavy metal frame. The long shoulder strap completely incircles the purse and is long enough to be worn like a cross body bag. Lined with heavy woven cotton canvas. This purse blends beautifully with a modern outfit!
Fabric: Leather; metal
Circa: 1910s / Edwardian
CONDITION: Overall very good. The purse shows normal wear and distressing, but with no specific issues to note. We intentionally did not cover the surface scratches with black polish because we love the character they add. But, if you prefer a more polished look, we will be happy to add a coat of black leather polish before shipping (just let us know in the shipping notes).
Height: 6.5"; 27" with handle
Width: just under 9" at widest
