Vintage Early 1970s Hanae Mori Butterfly Maxi Dress

A rare example of an early Hanae Mori design.  Lightweight, sheer light blue cotton with white stripes and butterflies.  Low and wide v-neck front.  Long, raglan sleeves.  Elastic waist.  Straight, gathered skirt that is super model length.  Button back.  Tie belt.  The skirt is lined; the bodice is not.

  CONDITION:  Overall very good - excellent.  The dress shows light, normal wear.  The only thing we found to note is a small, extremely faint area of fading on the front side that hides in the gathering (see photo).  Priced Accordingly; sold AS IS.
