Such a chic summer hat, very 'Breakfast at Tiffany's'! Black horse hair with woven, banded patterns. The front brim is wider than the back. The brim also has a wire at the edge to allow for reshaping. The top is shallow and sits atop the head. A black velvet band and bow accent.
