Vintage 1990s Betsey Johnson Floral Blazer

The floral blazer has an amazing 1940s vibe.  Beautiful floral print rayon.  Back tie that starts at the sides.  The bottom has a bit of a flounce creating almost a peplum look.  Lined.  Works perfectly with jeans.
