Vintage 1980s Ungaro Silk Floral Blouse

This blouse has it all...florals, ruffles, full sleeves.  High, ruffle neck with a black ribbon tie.  Ruffles around the shoulders.  Gold-toned buttons.  It has fierce shoulder pads (they can easily be snipped out if desired).
