A classic 1980s casual day dress that is so easy to wear. Lightweight, dark navy blue (looks like black in low light) rayon with small white dots.. The sleeveless bodice is blouson with a keyhole closure at the back of the neck. Elastic waist with a flowing bias cut skirt that hangs beautifully. All you need to complete this outfit is a wide belt, sandals, and a great bag!
