Vintage 1980s Diane Freis Beaded Floral Print Blouse

This 80s blouse blends almost every element we love into one amazing statement piece!  Lightweight, silk polyester with a blue floral print that has micro-beading on the flowers.  Huge pleated-ruffled collar with a tassel-tie at the neck.  Blouson fit with a side-bow-tie at the high hips.  Wowza!
