Amazing Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche blouse with rare Aztec-inspired print.  Pull-over style with button neckline.  Ruffle yoke and high neck with ruffle.  Full sleeves with ruffle cuff.  Fabric tie that can be worn around the neck (as shown) or as a belt.  Fabric is a lightweight, soft wool (feels more like a silk).
