Once you put on this 70s top, you may never take it off!  Super-soft, white cotton blend.  The neckline has a large ruffle that is accented with floral embroidery.  The sleeves are fluttery also.  The bodice is straight and has a relaxed fit.  The blouse is slightly sheer and may require your favorite vintage camisole.  Perfect for summer!
