Vintage 1970s Wallis Periwinkle Floral Dress

Periwinkle blue cotton with a sweet flora print.  High waist with tie accents on the bodice.  A-line skirt.  Beautiful details (crossed lines under the arms, outlined skirt slit, etc.).  Back nylon zipper.  From a much under-appreciated 70s London label.
