Vintage 1970s Wallis Floral Dress

Beautiful floral print with black trim.  Fitted bodice.  Full sleeves.  Back zipper.  Matching scarf with fringe that can be worn as a belt, a scarf, or a hair tie.  A great 70s London boutique dress!
