Vintage 1970s Valerie Porr Silk Wrap Dress

Semi-sheer black silk chiffon with a beautiful paisley ruffle across the top that drapes into a sexy open back.  Wrap style (wraps to the back).  Wide shoulders.  Long A-line skirt.  Made in England.

Valerie Porr was a 1970s, Soho-based boutique designer and part of the British Boutique movement.  She sold in her own boutiques and to high-end retailers across the country.   She specialized in bohemian, flowing wrap tops and dresses.
