Vintage 1970s Treacy Lowe Silk Dress from India

Lightweight silk chiffon with a sweet floral print.  Smocking over the shoulders and at the waist.  Keyhole neck with tie closure.  Lined except sleeves.  Back zipper.  Made in India.
