The perfect summer date night dress!  Lightweight black polyester.  The blouson bodice has a high neck and a deeply draped back.  The skirt is semi-full with tons of movement.  Elastic waist.  The matching belt has a bow front.  This lovely dress may require your favorite vintage slip.
