The perfect dress for a winter party!  Lightweight black polyester blend (it has the feel/appearance of a raw silk).  Long sheer sleeves.  The floor length skirt has pink and blue screen printing.  Metallic robe belt.  Lined except for sleeves.  Back nylon zipper.
