The sleeves on this 70s silk dress are mind-blowing!  Lightweight black silk.  Boatneck with short butterfly sleeves and epaulet-style shoulders.  Blouson bodice.  Elastic waist.  Straight skirt.  Slips on over the head.  So flirty and so easy to wear!
