This amazing 70s dress is sweet and sexy and oh so comfy!  Lightweight, slightly sheer polyester crepe with a muted floral print.  Classic wrap styling with a tie belt.  The neckline has an oversized ruffle that is tied up over the shoulders.  Handkerchief hem.
