Lightweight dark blue silk.  Plunging neckline.  Fitted waist with a tie belt that can be tied in a large bow in the back or wrapped around to tie in the front.  Mini skirt.  3/4 length sleeves. Unlined.  Slips on over the head with no additional openings.
