Vintage 1970s Judith Ann Silk Smocked Blouse

Semi-sheer turquoise colored silk with burgundy flowers.  Smocking over the front with a keyhole opening.  Smocking at the wrists also.  Comes with a tie belt that can also be worn as a scarf or hair tie.
