Vintage 1970s Issey Miyake Burgundy Wool Wrap Dress

A rare 1970s Issey Miyake knitwear wrap dress. The medium-weight, burgundy wool jersey knit and wrap construction give this Japanese designer dress an understated presence, with one front pocket and two back pockets adding a practical detail. Unlined.  Made in Japan.

The dress is shown wrapped two ways as we are unsure of the intended wrap direction.  Both ways work beautifully.
