Vintage 1970s Indian Cotton Dress with Lurex Stripes

Lightweight cotton with a burgundy, blue, and white floral print and lurex stripes.  Quilted bib and back of neck.  Slightly sheer. but has a straight lining.   Wide ruffle at the botton.
