Bright green floral silk chiffon covered in clear, shiny sequins.  Simple silhouette with a fitted bodice and a lightly gathered skirt.  The long sleeves have zippers at the cuffs.  Floor length skirt.  Matching scarf/belt.  Lined, except the sleeves.  Back nylon zipper.
