Lightweight rayon with with a beautiful floral print on a blue background.  Fitted bodice with a nipped waist.  Elastic neckline with a bow-tie, keyhole opening.  Elbow-length sleeves.  Pleated, tiered skirt.  Unlined.  Zips up the back.  Belt not included.
