Vintage 1970s Bill Blass One Shoulder Dress

Ruffles for days.  Black floral organdy.  One-shoulder, halter style.  Open back.  Ruffles around the top and on the skirt.  Midi length.  Back zipper.

Condition:  Overall very good.  The dress shows light, normal wear.  There are two teensy pinholes on the neck ruffle (see photo).
