This early 60s hat has a great 'Breakfast at Tiffany's' vibe. Velvet ring (open top) with black feathers attached to the brim. Looks great worn tilted to obscure one eye.

CONDITION: Overall very good. The hat shows normal wear. A couple of the feathers have a tendency to stand out, rather than hang down...but we like the charm of that (so didn't remove them).
