This is such a great example of recycling. A classic 60s dress made from a Victorian wool paisley shawl. Empire waist with a subtle A-line silhouette. Fully lined with silk (probably salvaged as well). Back metal zipper.
CONDITION: Overall very good. The dress shows normal wear. As expected with Victorian wool fabric, there are scattered thinning areas and small holes, but these are essentially only visible when the dress is held to the light. They aren't terribly noticeable when worn. There is a small patched hole on the bodice (see photos).
