This 60s hat definitely has an Art Deco feel about it!  Deep green wool felt.  The crown has a fez style silhouette with points at the front and back.  A large stylized flower accents the side.  The looped veil attaches at the back and can be worn in various ways (we like it draped under the chin).  The hat sits slightly atop the head.
