Vintage 1960s Emma Domb Purple Velvet and Chiffon Party Dress

A gorgeously sweet early 60s party dress!  Dark purple velvet pairs beautifully with pale purple chiffon.  The fitted bodice features a wide neckline and cap sleeves.  A bow accents the nipped waist.  The straight underskirt has a gathered chiffon overlay that swirls with movement.  Fully lined.  Back metal zipper.
