The blue and yellow combination on this 60s dress is so cheery.  Lightweight blue cotton blend bodice.  The skirt is a floral nylon chiffon with a blue and yellow floral print.  A bright yellow ribbon accent at the waist.  Fully lined.  Back metal zipper.
