Vintage 1950s Navy Silk Leaf Print New Look Dress

This 50s New Look dress is simply stunning.  Dark navy blue raw silk with a white leaf print.  The collar tips have flexible boning to allow them to stand up.  Princess silhouette.  Fitted waist with a shelf bust and blouson upper bodice.  Gusseted, dolman sleeves.  Full, pleated skirt that is lined with pellon to give it volume.  Button front opening.  The tailoring and construction are superb; this was certainly a professionally made, custom dress.  Just gorgeous and chic!

  CONDITION:  Overall excellent.  The dress shows extremely light, normal wear, with just one minor issue to note.  The the very bottom button on the skirt is missing; it is extremely difficult to notice unless you're button counting.
