Vintage 1940s Tropicana Japanese Print Rayon Kimono Dress

This rare 40s kimono dress is simply stunning.  Lightweight cold rayon with an amazing Japanese inspired print with Mt. Fugi and cranes.  The sleeves are a modified kimono style and are lined with a muted gold-toned rayon.  Side metal zipper.  A truly breathtaking Pake Muu dress!

  CONDITION:  Overall very good - excellent.  The dress shows very light, normal wear, with only a couple of issues to note.  There's a small, orangish smudge on the front/lower skirt (see photo).  This could possibly be make-up(?); it didn't come out with our hand-washing, but may respond to a professional spot-cleaning.  The lining of the sleeves is showing a faint bit of fading.  Overall the dress is in amazing condition.
