Vintage 1940s Style Rose Print Peplum Dress

This 80s dress is a 40s classic!  Fluid black rayon with a gorgeous dark pink rose print.  Wide shoulders with shoulder pads, nipped waist, and straight skirt with a three tier peplum.  The back of the skirt has a dipped waist with gathering.  Back nylon zipper.  Unlined.
