Vintage 1940s Rayon and Lace Poet Blouse

Lightweight off-white rayon crepe (feels like a lightweight silk taffeta).  The neckline is accented with scallops of pin-tucks with lace trim.  The long, billowing sleeves have puff shoulders and small shoulder pads.  Waist darting.  Back buttons.
