Vintage 1940s Open Sleeve Dress

Such a unique and beautiful dress.  The silhouette is classic '40s, but this dress is made from plum kimono fabric.  There a stenciled linear floral print.  Bright red silk lining.  The highlight are the open sleeves that drape from the arms with peeks of the red lining.  Buttons at the front.

Condition:  Overall very good.  The dress shows some expected wear.  There is some fade to the rayon along the top of the shoulders.  There are also a few repairs to the lining on the bodice interior (not visible when worn).  There is some light staining here and there (nothing terribly distracting).  Priced accordingly.
