Vintage 1940s Grey Military Style Veiled Tilt Hat

Such a chic 40s hat with a bit of military influence.  Pale grey chiffon is pleated/wrapped along the sides of the oblong silhouette.  The hat tapers toward the back.  A grey veil covers the face and ends in a bow in the back.  It looks best worn at a tilt.  This lovely hat may require a hat pin to secure it to you hair as it sits atop the head.
