Vintage 1940s Felt Flowers and Feathers Hat

This early 40s hat is a wonderfully, weird statement piece.  Dark brown wool felt flowers.  The front two flowers are simple and 'floppy', while the outer flowers have colored centers.  Feathers extent toward the back.  Headband style with an elastic string to help hold it on.

  BEST FITS:  Any size head; sits atop of the head like a headband.  
  
  CONDITION:  Overall excellent. The hat shows very light, normal wear, but no specific issues to note.  The feathers go in different directions, but this appears to be intentional.
