Vintage 1940s Burgundy Velvet Winter Tilt Hat

40s tilt hats are always great for adding some serious personality to an outfit!  Ruched, dark plum-burgundy velvet in an oval around a faille crown.  The back band is accented with a large faille bow.  The hat sits atop the head and looks best worn at a tilt.
