We love the mix of sailor style and schoolgirl style in this 30s dress.  Medium weight wool in a midnight blue (a very dark navy blue - almost black).  Jumper style with a white trimmed sailor collar.  Fitted waist with side buttons.  A-line skirt with two patch pockets and a front inverted pleat.
