A glamorous jacket over a dress or a top with wide-leg pants.  Medium-weight black cotton velvet with diagonally stitched stripes.  Short puff sleeves.  Gathered panel at the top of the bust looks like a faux pocket.  Button front with faceted black buttons.  Unlined.
