Vintage 1930s Noir Princess Cut Car Coat

A chic late 1930s car coat.  Medium weight black faille.  Slight gathering at the shoulders with subtle flaring sleeves.  Fitted waist with a gathered princess-cut skirt that hits just below the hips.  A large metal button closes the coat at the front.  Lined with silky black acetate and a light wool backing.

Condition      Overall very good.  The jacket is in amazing, wearable condition, showing light, normal wear.  There is a small wear spot on the button hole that is covered by the large button.
