Vintage 1930s Mint Green Organdy Dress

Sheer organdy in the most lovely shade of pale mint green.  Sleeveless with a peeked banded waist and a bias cut skirt that ends in a wide, full ruffle.  There is a matching bias cut silk slip.  The capelet has floral accents on the front and ties at the neck with a dark brown velvet ribbon.  Side snaps.

  CONDITION:  Overall excellent - very good.  The dress was slightly altered by a previous owner.  The arm openings were made larger with off-white organdy and the side opening was added.  The alterations were very well done and blend naturally with the original.  There is a tiny pinhole in the slip and one in the back of the bodice.  Both are barely noticeable.
