This 30s silk satin blouse is dreamy.   Ivory silk satin (also called liquid satin).  Short, puff sleeves.  Decorative stitching on the front with vertical box pleats.  The banded waist creates a blouson fit.  The back has light gathering creating a beautiful draping.  This blouse sits at the high/natural waist.
