Vintage 1930s Cotton Striped Dress

Such a sweet summer dress.  Lightweight cotton voile with blue and pink stripes.  Fluttery cap sleeves with lace trim.  Sheer (will require a slip).  Skirt is bias cut.  Side snaps.
