Black cotton knit.  Open knit design.  Shirt waist styling with a ruffle front bodice.  Rhinestone in pot metal buttons in the shape of tiny bows.  Short, puff sleeves.  Straight silhouette with a separate knit belt.  Unlined.  Slips on over the head with no additional openings.
