This Noir hat is perfect for year-round wear!  Woven, plastic straw brim with a topper of black felt flowers.  Extra-wide back strap to help hold the hat on the head.  It looks best worn forward and at a tilt.  Sits atop the head.

      CONDITION:  Overall very good - excellent.  The hat shows light, normal wear with no issues to note.   The original veil was removed because it was damaged beyond repair.
